Luanco

En domingo fuimos a la playa. ¡Fue divertido!Me gusta la playa, tomamos sol.La playa fue en Luanco.La ciudad es muy que mono, me encanta la ciudad.  Debo mudarme aqui  si tengo mucho dinero. Espero volver en el futuro.

Mi casa

¡Las viviendas son muy mono! Me encanta mi casa.Es muy europeo, porque estoy en Europa.Es muy diferente que los a los estados unidos, porque todas personas viven en apartamentos.No hay casas en Oviedo.Mi casa es muy acogedora.La cocina es pequeñay tiene una mesa con tres sillas, fregadero, horno, y microonda. ¡La refrigeradora es fuera de la concina es muy mono!El baño en mi casa es todo azul. No hay baño,pero hay ducha.Mi madre me  dijo que me tengo duchar rápido, pero yo no sé por qué. El inodoro es similar a los estados, pero como enjuaga  me recuerda a un inodoro en un crucero.El agitador es en la parte superior del inodoro en lugar del lado.  La lavadora es muy diferente que los estados.Es muy pequeño y en el baño. todas las personas cuelgan su ropa para que se sequen. Mi madre tiene que lavar la ropa casi todos los dias.  Mi cuarto es muy bueno, tengo una cama y un armario.¡Me gusta mi casa!

¡Finalmente en Oviedo!

Yo estoy en Oviedo. ¡Finalmente!Este lugar es muy estupend.  Salí  muy temprano Sábado por la mañana, y fui separada de mi grupo cuando cambiamos de avion. ¡Pero fue una aventura!  Después  tres aviones, llegamos en Oviedo y montamos un autobús a Oviedo.El paseo fue muy bonito y divertido,  estan son algunas de las fotos de mi paseo a Oviedo.

Conocí mi "mama" y ella es muy simpática y fantástica.¡Me encanta mi nueva mama! Mi amiga nueva, Nicole y yo fuimos a las calles explorar.¡Hacía frío! encontramos muchas  cosas interesantes. El próximo día, algunos de los estudiantes fueron a los calles.Fue muy divertido.¡Compré mucho, y comí un dulce no muy bueno!

Pre Departure

I will be leaving for Spain in two days. I'm freaking out! I am very excited, but super stressed.... My room is a disaster with what clothes I should bring. I think that is going to be the hardest thing for me to decide - is what clothes to bring. The student that had my house mother last year e-mailed me and gave me tons of help and tips! I am so glad she did and she said that my house mother was interested in what time my flight came in! I am very relieved to know that she cares about me already. One thing that has not hit me yet is the fact that I don't speak Spanish! I really don't think I will understand how hard communicating will be. The old student said that she does not speak English AT ALL. So, let’s hope my 1010 and 1020 won't fail me! I am so excited to be out of the U.S. and meet interesting different people. I really hope to gain a better understanding of the Spanish language. I think that is my biggest goal - other than that I can’t wait to have a great summer in Oviedo!

Last night my boss and my good friend from work went out to Benihana's for one last hoorah before I left.  Tomorrow night my friends are throwing a giant party for my friend's birthday and a farewell to me - I can't wait for Sunday when I will arrive in Spain!
